A self clinging, climber. The Parthenocissus Lowii is a slower growing plant than the common Boston Ivy and produces smaller, more crinkled textured leaves that also turn brilliant crimson in autumn. It is the perfect plant for smaller areas in your yard. It will grow in sun or shade, although the best autumn colour is achieved in full sun. A great choice for erosion control. It will grow in clay soil, dry soil and shallow-rocky soil.
